Viewing the members of a user group

About this task

Use the List Members function to view a list of users and users groups that are members of a specific user group.

To list all members of a selected user group, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Choose the appropriate method for displaying the user group
    1. Select the user group by using the search utility.
      1. Click User Groups > Search.
      2. Enter all or part of the user group name or description that is associated with the user group. For the quickest search, type the user group name.
      3. Click Submit.
      4. Select the user group.
    2. Select by using the All User Groups report.
      1. Click User groups > All User Groups.
      2. The list of all defined user groups is displayed.
      3. Select the user group.
  2. Select List members from the Actions list on the left.

Results

The list of members for the selected user group is displayed. The list includes user groups and users that are members of the group.
