The Email node sends pre-configured email from the conversation based on the user response. In this node, configure all the email parameters like To email, subject, body of the email, and attachments. Currently, the emails are being sent from pre-configured email address. While configuring the parameters, use the standard formats to define the text to be displayed in the chat conversation.
