Insights

The Insights page gives a snapshot of the conversational metrics, cognitive search metrics, user analytics, and performance over the period of time. The summary information on these metrics can be filtered by date, project and metrics type.

To view insights, follow the steps below:

1. In the landing page, on the left pane, click the Insights icon.

2. As a result, the Insights page is displayed with Conversation metrics as shown below.

3. You can change the metrics type to either Conversational metric or Cognitive metric to view respective user analytical data.
4. Click DOWNLOAD INSIGHTS to download the insights into an excel sheet with all the user data.
