Integrations

IntelliService is developed with out of box connectors for JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint and Zendesk. Anyone can integrate their data into intelliservice using these custom integrations.

Before you start configuring the connectors, make sure connector configuration details like URL and credentials are available, and verify that the connector can be accessed through url.

Configure Ticketing System

To configure the Ticketing system like JIRA, Zendesk and ServiceNow in the integrations page, follow the steps below:

  1. In the homepage, click the three dots > Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Settings in one of the connectors say Zendesk, Jira and ServiceNow, and in the Integrations page, on the Connection tab, enter the URL and credentials.

Note: Password will be masked and encrypted.

  3. Click Publish to establish connection with the configured system.
  4. In the Data Mapping tab, create a collection to store the data, and perform source and target transformation mapping. The Transform field performs the following operations:

  5. After data mapping, in the Data Sync tab, configure when to data syncing period, and click Sync Now to initiate data sync between the source system and collection. On successful upload, you can consume the data in the product triage page.
