        When a resource in a VersionVault view is in an unknown state, it means there is a disagreement between the VersionVault WAN server and a web view or automatic view about the state of the resource. You must restore the resource to resolve the disagreement.

Repairing VOB Tag Directories

Use this option to update the local database of mounted VOBs of an automatic view or web view.

Before you begin

You must connect to VersionVault WAN server to repair VOB tag directories.

Procedure

Select the web view or automatic view that is connected to the database that you suspect is corrupt or not synchronized with the server.
Right-click the view and select Refresh > Repair > VOB Tag Directories from the context menu.
