Use the Store Management tool to
open or close a store. For example, if you want to perform maintenance
on a store, you might want to close the store so that shoppers cannot
shop in the store until the maintenance work is complete Then you
can open the store once this work is complete so that shoppers can
shop in the store.
Procedure

Open Management Center
Tools.
From Hamburger menu, click . The Stores list view displays, containing a list of the stores that you are
authorized to work with.
- In the explorer view filter, click Stores.
The Stores list view displays, containing a list of the
stores that you are authorized to work with.
You can search for stores to display one or more
stores that match your search criteria.
- Right-click a store; then click Open store or Close
store to change the store state.
Note:
- The open store feature is available only for direct stores, hub
stores, and extended site stores. You cannot use the open store feature
to open asset stores, catalog asset stores, extended site hub stores,
or auxiliary stores.
- You can still launch and view a store while it is in the closed
state. When you launch a store from the Store Management tool,
you are automatically logged in to the store with the same user credentials
used in your current Management Center session.
