Add color

You can add colors to color families so that shoppers will see search results with catalog entries within the entire color family in addition to that color.

Procedure

1. Open Management Center Tools.
2. From Hamburger menu select Search > Configuration.
3. All the color families the search engine understands are listed by default. User can click on each color and check all the color families related to that color.
4. Click on Add new color to add the new color on the landing page.
5. A Color families > New color page opens. In the Color name, enter the name you want to assign to the new color.
6. Enter Color values in the Red, Green, Blue values if you want to keep the RGB color theme.
7. Choose Hex if you don't want to opt for RGB. You can skip entering Color values as it is optional.
8. Click the check box in front of any color if you want to add a new color to any color family.
9. Click on Add new color. The new color will now get added to the selected color family with the color name you have provided.
10. Click on Refresh button to view the updated information on configuration landing page.
11. User can also add a new color to a specific color family. Click on the color family for which you want to add a new color. Color Families page opens for a specific color family.
12. Click on Add new color to add a new color for the specific color family.
13. Repeat the steps given above from step 5 to step 10.
14. A new color will be added in the selected color family.
