Attaching remarks to an approval decision

To attach a remark to your approval or rejection decision.

Procedure

  1. and click Approvals > Approval Requests. If you do not see this menu, then your login ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
  2. Open Management Center Tools and from the hamburger menu, click Manage Organizations > Approvals.
  3. Click on Login ID to go to summery page for entering comments.
  4. Click either Approve or Reject. The Approval Remark or Rejection Remark form displays, depending on your selection.
  5. Type your remarks in the Comment text box.
  6. Click OK. The RFQ Request or Summary page displays, depending on which page you were working on.
