Troubleshooting: Cannot log on to Management Center with wcsadmin account after a Mod Pack uninstall

After you uninstall a Mod Pack, you might not be able to log on to Management Center with the wcsadmin account.

Instead, you might encounter an error similar to the following message

One of the temporary directories is not deleted, which causes issues after a Mod Pack installation.


  1. Delete the following directory: WCDE_installdir\wasprofile\temp\localhost\server1\WC\LOBTools.war\com.ibm.commerce.lobtools.dhtml
  2. Restart the Test server.
  3. Clear the browser cache.
