Troubleshooting: Storefront does not display catalog filters

When a catalog filter is applied to your store, the store continues to display catalog entries that are not included in the filtered catalog.


While the Catalog Filter and Pricing tool is enabled by default, WebSphere Commerce search might not be enabled to support catalog filtering in the storefront.


Enable the WebSphere Commerce search entitlement property to enable catalog filtering in the storefront.
  1. Update the property in the STORECONF database table so that the value for the property is set to "1".
  2. Restart your WebSphere Commerce search server to apply your change.
