Listing installment rules

You can see all of the installment rules under the selected store by opening the Installment Rule list view or the Installment Rule calendar view. Use the Installment Rule list view to display a list of the installment rules and view details for a specified rule, such as the priority or start and end dates. Use the Installment Rule calendar view to display a list of the installment rules and how they are scheduled in relation to one another and view details for a specified installment rule, such as the status, name, or date.

Before you begin

Ensure that you specified a store when you logged on to the Management Center.

Procedure

  1. Open the Installments tool.
  2. Choose the view in which you want to display the list of installment rules for the selected store:
    • In the explorer view filter, right-click Installment Rules; then click Show Installment Rule List to display all of the installment rules contained in the selected store in the Installment Rules list view.
      Property details displayed for each installment rule:
      PropertyDescription
      NameUniquely identifies the installment rule. For example, Furniture. This name is displayed in the Installments tool to identify the installment rule.
      Description Describes the installment rule. For example, 2-6 interest-free installments for furniture with a minimum payment of $R25.
      PriorityThe priority for the installment rule. For example, 10.
      Start dateDefines when the installment rule becomes available on the storefront.
      End date Defines when the installment rule is no longer available on the storefront.
    • In the explorer view filter, right-click Installment Rules; then click Show Installment Rule Calendar to display all of the installment rules contained in the selected store in the Installment Rules calendar view.
      Property details displayed for each installment rule:
      PropertyDescription
      StatusIndicates whether the installment rule is in the active or inactive state.
      Name Uniquely identifies the installment rule. For example, Furniture. This name is displayed in the Installments tool to identify the installment rule.
      Date Displays the date range during which the installment rule is available.
