Changing email templates

You can change the content of an e-mail template, such as correcting errors or adding images.

Before you begin

WebSphere Commerce EnterpriseIf you are using extended sites, and logged in to an extended site, you can change e-mail templates if the e-mail template belongs to the extended site store. If the e-mail template belongs to the asset store, you can only change the e-mail template if your user ID has access to the asset store.

Procedure

  1. Open the Marketing tool.
  2. From the explorer view, click E-mail Templates.
    The E-mail Templates - List page opens.
  3. Right-click the email template that you want to change; then click Open.
  4. Update the page as required for the changed email template.
  5. Click Save Save.
