Troubleshooting: Unable to run the installer in graphical mode on 64-bit Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Update 1
Before you install WebSphere Commerce Feature Pack on 64-bit Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Update 1 you must first install additional library packages.
Problem
When you attempt to run the installer,
you receive the following error message:
The installer is unable to run in graphical mode. Try running the installer with the -console or -silent flag.
Solution
You need to install additional library packages.
On Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Update 1 or a higher
version, ensure that the following packages or above version are installed. For each package listed,
both the 32-bit and 64-bit packages are required if you use the 64-bit kernel operating system. - libXau-1.0.5-1
