  • Display a list of the catalog entries or categories that the customer recently viewed. This provides customers with a list of links they can click to revisit items of interest. You can choose how many catalog entries or categories to include in the list.
  • Perhaps your site uses a tool that is external to WebSphere Commerce to determine relevant product recommendations for customers. If so, Management Center now provides a customizable action element that is called Display Recommendation From External System. When the customization is in place, you can add this action to web activities to display the recommendations from the external recommendation system in an e-Marketing Spot just as you would use the other actions, such as Recommend Catalog Entry.
