Resetting internal user passwords

Use this procedure to reset internal user passwords.

Procedure

  1. Click Settings > Users.

    The Users list is displayed in the left pane.

  2. Click the user name you want to change.
  3. Click the Reset password link at the bottom of the page.
  4. Enter the new password in the Password field.
  5. Enter the same password in the Confirm field.
  6. Click Save changes to save your changes.
  7. Click OK.
    Note: When user passwords are reset, users are prompted to change their password the next time they log in to an HCL® Marketing Software application.
