Changing internal user system status

Use this procedure to change the system status of internal users.

Procedure

  1. Click Settings > Users.
  2. Click the name of the account you want to change.
  3. Click the Edit properties link at the bottom of the page.
  4. Select the status in the Status drop-down list. The options are ACTIVE and DISABLED.
    Note: If you select DISABLED, the user will no longer be able to log in to any HCL® Marketing Software applications. Users with Admin access to Marketing Platform cannot disable themselves.
  5. Click Save changes to save your changes.
  6. Click OK.
