Locale preference

You can set the locale for both internal and external users. This setting affects the display of language, time, numbers, and dates in HCL® Marketing Software applications.

There are two ways to set locale in Marketing Platform.

Globally: A configuration property, Platform | Region setting, on the Settings > Configuration page, sets the locale globally.
Per user: An attribute on the Settings > Users page sets the locale for individual users. This setting overrides the global setting.

Availability of locales that you can set either per user or globally may vary depending on the HCL Marketing Software application, and not all HCL Marketing Software applications support this locale setting in Marketing Platform.
