Unica Deliver is a web-based, enterprise scale marketing message solution that you can use to conduct outbound bulk messaging and transactional messaging campaigns.   If you install and enable Unica Deliver within Campaign, then you can create a list that defines the recipients for a personalized messaging campaign. The list contains the recipient information that is used to address and personalize each message. You create a recipient list by configuring a Deliver process in a Campaign flowchart.

    The Deliver Reports Processing Overview describes the status and previous results for batch processing contact and response data that is generated by email marketing campaigns. The system processes the latest contact and response data with scheduled database stored procedures. The report identifies individual processing runs, number of records that were processed, and run completion time.

- Overview

Contents of the Push Message Summary Report

Statuses	Description
Message instance	A string including a message container name and the date/time of the sent message.
Recipients	The number of recipients to whom the messages are sent.
Dismissed	The number of messages not read by the user.
Open/Read	The number of messages opened or read.
Delivered	The number of the messages successfully delivered.
Pending	The number of messages pending to be delivered.
Failed	The number of messages not delivered.
Responses	The number of users who clicked the links sent through Push or replied to Push message.

Note:

For every In-App push delivered, two response events are received.

For example – If "In-APP Push" communication is sent to one user and it is delivered then we will get two delivered responses for this one recipient, that is, push.delivered and inApp.delivered in uace_mobileevent campaign system table and also two delivered responses are displayed on Push Message Summary Report for In-APP Push Mailing.

Also, custom responses for In-App Push are not supported for Push Message Summary Report.

This is not applicable to Simple Push.
