Managing Video MCU pool orders

Manage an IBM® Sametime® Video MCU pool order by modifying the pool order properties or deleting the pool order.

Procedure

1. Browse to the IBM WebSphere® Integrated Solutions Console on the server hosting the IBM Sametime System Console.
2. Log in to the Integrated Solutions Console as the WebSphere administrator.
3. In the navigation tree, click Sametime System Console > Sametime Servers > Sametime Video Manager Servers.
4. Click the Sametime Video Manager server name on which you are managing a Video MCU pool order.
5. Click Configure the Video MCU.
6. In the Existing Video MCU Pool Orders list, locate the Video MCU pool order you are managing and then click Edit or Delete according to what you want to do.
   • If you are editing a Video MCU pool order, on the Video MCU Pool Order Details page, modify these fields an needed, and then click OK.
     • Video MCU Pool Order Name
     • Video MCU Pool Order Description
     • Available Video MCU Pools - Select a pool name and then click Add or Remove according to what you want to do.
   • If you are deleting a Video MCU pool order, you are prompted as to whether you want to delete the pool order. Click OK.
