Configuring a Sametime Video MCU on a Sametime Video Manager Server

Create a new IBM® Sametime® Video MCU on a Sametime Video Manager Server.

Procedure

1. Browse to the IBM WebSphere® Integrated Solutions Console on the server hosting the IBM Sametime System Console.
2. Log in to the Integrated Solutions Console as the WebSphere administrator.
3. In the navigation tree, click Sametime System Console > Sametime Servers > Sametime VMGR Servers.
4. Click the Sametime Video Manager Server name on which you are adding a Sametime Video MCU.
5. Click Configure the Video MCU.
6. Click Add New Video MCU. On the Sametime Video Manager Servers - Video MCU Details page, complete these fields:
   • Video MCU Name - Enter a Video MCU name up to 32 characters.
   • Management IP Address - Enter the Video MCU IP address.
   • Admin User ID - Enter a Video MCU administrator user name.
   • Password - Enter a Video MCU administrator password.
7. Click OK.
