Use this dialog box to enter details and create a new Rational® ClearQuest® UCM-enabled record.

Enter details for the new ClearQuest UCM-enabled record. The record is associated with a UCM activity when it is created. Mandatory fields appear in red. If you fail to enter information in all of the mandatory fields, when you click OK to commit the changes, you are prompted to complete the missing fields.
