Deleting the in-progress order

Shoppers can delete the in-progress order for the Sapphire (B2B) store. The order can be deleted by an individual shopper or by another person in case of a shared order. A shopper cannot delete the private orders owned by other shoppers.

Procedure

  1. A shopper logs in to their Sapphire (B2B) store.
  2. They go to Your Account > Dashboard > In Progress Orders.
  3. In the Actions menu, they click the Delete icon.
  4. The shopper clicks the OK button when the application displays a dialog box to confirm the deletion of that order.

Results

The respective order is deleted from the list of in-progress orders.
