Deleting the in-progress order
Shoppers can delete the in-progress order for the Sapphire (B2B) store. The order can be deleted by an individual shopper or by another person in case of a shared order. A shopper cannot delete the private orders owned by other shoppers.
Procedure
- A shopper logs in to their Sapphire (B2B) store.
- They go to .
- In the Actions menu, they click the Delete icon.
- The shopper clicks the OK button when the application displays a dialog box to confirm the deletion of that order.
