HCL Commerce is a high-availability, highly scalable and customizable e-commerce platform. Able to support hundreds of thousands of transactions per day, HCL Commerce allows you to do business with consumers (B2C) or directly with businesses (B2B). HCL Commerce uses cloud friendly technology to make deployment and operation both easy and efficient. It provides easy-to-use tools for business users to centrally manage a cross-channel strategy. Business users can create and manage precision marketing campaigns, promotions, catalog, and merchandising across all sales channels. Business users can also use AI enabled content management capabilities.

Next.js starter store
The Next.js store offers customizable features for storefronts using the Next.js framework. It uses the same data template as the ReactJS stores and supports business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) use cases. The store includes pages for browsing, shopping, checkout, and account management, and uses Elasticsearch for search functions.
Checkout
The checkout page displays the shipping and payment details for the items in the shopping cart.
Multiple Quick Checkout profiles
The Quick Checkout profile page allows registered shoppers to predefine a separate billing address and shipping address. When the profile is completed, shoppers can use the quick checkout feature that auto-populates the billing and shipping addresses when they check out.

        The Bundle page displays various combinations of items (bundles) in tabular form, which allows you to select attributes for products and their variants. The default layout for the page displays the bundle name, image, price, short description, long description, descriptive attributes, and more. Users can check inventory availability for the components in the bundle and add the bundle to their cart or current order.

        Multiple Shipment for Next.js store
        The Multiple Shipment feature allows shoppers to buy multiple items for different addresses by choosing different shipping methods. This also gives them flexibility to send similar orders to multiple shipping addresses via a single order.
        Multiple Payment for Next.js store
        The multiple payment option allows the shopper to select multiple payment methods for a given cart amount for Ruby store. In this document, the multiple payment option for Ruby store is used as an example.
        Review order
        Once the payment method and billing address are selected, you can review the Shipping details, Payment details, and Order summery on the Review order page.

        The Next.js store application is enabled for B2B e-commerce. The sample B2B storefront is called Ruby B2B. The B2B Next.js store features include B2B features, in addition to all of the available features in the B2C storefront, with the exception of guest-user shopping flows.

Multiple Quick Checkout profiles

The Quick Checkout profile page allows registered shoppers to predefine a separate billing address and shipping address. When the profile is completed, shoppers can use the quick checkout feature that auto-populates the billing and shipping addresses when they check out.

A shopper can register more than one quick checkout profile. The registered quick checkout profiles can be accessed from Your Account > Account Settings > Checkout Profiles. Moreover, the shopper can also edit or delete their checkout profiles.

The shopper can use a checkout profile during the checkout process. Once the registered shopper has placed all required items in the shopping cart and a checkout profile is selected, then the Checkout button is renamed to Checkout With Profile.

On clicking the Checkout With Profile button, the shipping and billing address selection process is skipped and shoppers will be redirected to the Checkout Review page.

If the shopper had selected a card as the billing method in the profile creation screen, then the Credit Verification Value (CVV) will be requested. After entering the CVV details, the order will be placed. This ensures that no data privacy violation occurs due to skipping of the shipping and billing-method selection process.
