Troubleshooting: Category with empty product storefront behavior

When a category is created in the Management Center without a product, it does not appear on the page menu.

Problem

When a category is created in the Management Center (CMC) without adding a product, it does not appear on the page menu.

Solution

Release Category with empty product storefront behavior Action to change the behavior
9.1.8.0/ 9.1.9.0 Hide To show, create a dummy non-buyable product.
9.1.10.0+ Show To hide, uncheck the Display to customer checkbox in the CMC Catalog tool.
Note: Once you have products added to show in the storefront, check the Display to customer checkbox in the CMC Catalog tool.
