Changing campaigns

You can update your campaigns to correct errors, or adjust strategy.

Before you begin

WebSphere Commerce Enterprise If you are using extended sites , and logged in to an extended site , you can change campaigns if the campaign belongs to the extended site store. If the campaign belongs to the asset store, you can only change the campaign if your user ID has access to the asset store.


  1. Open the Marketing tool.
  2. Locate the campaign you want to change.
  3. Right-click the campaign; then click Open.
    The campaign properties section expands, with the fields populated with the information about the selected campaign.
  4. Edit the text fields as appropriate.
  5. Click Save Save to save the campaign, or click Close to close the Campaign editor, and return to the updated Campaigns list.
    The campaign is displayed in the Campaign list.


The updated campaign displays in the Campaigns - List.
