Getting started with the IBM Sales Center
The IBM Sales Center for WebSphere Commerce helps you accomplish your customer-service tasks easily and efficiently. You can work with orders and quotes for many customers and in many stores at the same time. In addition, you can quickly find information and compare products.
Preferences
There are many preferences you can set in the IBM Sales Center that make working with orders, customers, and stores easier. For example, if you know that you will be working with the same store for several days, you can set a preference to have that store open each time you start the IBM Sales Center. Or, you can select a country or region to be used as the default for all new customer profiles and subsequent orders.

About this task

To select the mode that you want to use to open objects:

Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
Click File > Preferences.
Click IBM Sales Center.
Select Double click or Single click as your open mode. If you select Single click, you can also choose to use hovering or the arrow keys.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

The effect of the above changes is the same as if you launch the IBM Sales Center with the "-debug" option in the SC_installdir/startup.bat file. To use the Debug mode capability, the .option file must be present in SC_installdir/. To create the .option file, see Creating the .option file to debug Sales Center client.
