IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce
The IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce, or Management Center, is a suite of tools to support store management, merchandising, and marketing tasks for business users (Sellers, Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Catalog Managers, and others).
Marketing tool
Use the Marketing tool in Management Center to create and manage marketing campaigns and other store content (excluding catalog content). You can use the extensive precision marketing features in the tool to deliver targeted marketing messages to customers.
Working with marketing experiments
Marketing experiments are managed by Marketing Managers. They are used to test the effectiveness of brand or promotional messages on the web.

Deleting your marketing experiments removes completed or inactive experiments from their parent activities in the Management Center.

Deleting your marketing experiments removes completed or inactive experiments from their parent activities in the Management Center.

Before you begin

You can delete an experiment only if the web activity in which it is located is inactive. If you want to delete a running experiment, you must deactivate the web activity first.

Procedure

From the explorer view, click Activities.
The Activities - List page opens.
Right-click the web activity that contains the experiment that you want to delete; then click Open.
Right-click the Experiment element; then click Delete.

Results

The selected experiment is deleted from the web activity; the web activity contains only the control path and its associated elements.

What to do next

Once all of your changes are complete, click Save and then click Close to return to the Activities - List page.
