Widgets filters

Widget filters make it easy to provide different combinations of data from a single dashboard. Users do not need separate dashboards for different sets of users - give each group a filter that makes sense for them. When you use a filter on a dashboard, the filtered view is shown again the next time you visit the dashboard. Users can set multiple filters on a widget they have selected. From a Filter tab, User can set filters for the data which user want to display in a selected widget.

To apply a filter, perform the following steps:

  1. On a Widget, click the filter icon.
  1. A Report Filters dialog-box appears on the right side of the screen which includes various parameters for the filter to be applied on a report.
  2. Select a report filter parameter on the right navigation bar and then click the Apply button.
