Configure your email communication

Once you have designed your email communication, you can configure the email. You can either provide “#” to select personalization fields or directly provide specific information in the fields.
  1. Under Email Configuration, under From field, provide the following information.
    1. Optional. In the Display Name field, you can either provide “#” to select personalization fields or provide a name.
    2. In the Domain list, select the appropriate domain.
  2. In the To field, provide the following information.
    1. Optional. In the Display Name field, you can either provide “#” to select personalization fields or provide a name.
    2. Under Email address, type # to get the personalization field drop-down list and select the required personalization field. You can type any letter of personalization field after "#" and the drop-down list is filtered on the basis of that. You can also specify the recipient’s email address.
      Note: To edit the personalization field, double-click the personalization field and select the appropriate field from the drop-down list.
  3. Expand Show/Hide Fields list and select the Reply To and BCC fields to configure them.

    2. Under Email address, specify “#” or a recipient’s email address.
  4. Under Subject, provide an appropriate subject. You can also add emoticons in the email subject line. Subject line in final email will show emoticons as supported by the target email client.
  5. Click OK.
