Landing pages

Landing pages hosted by Unica allow you to continue interacting with your customer after the message is received. Through landing pages, you can provide additional information, offer more options, and solicit input. You can create landing pages in both Quick Builder and Message Editor.

In Quick Builder, you can design landing pages using some user-friendly tools. You can easily drag and drop the tools from the toolbox. Once the landing page creation is complete, you can easily link them to the email, SMS, or In-App messages. You can also preview the complete flow of an email having landing pages.

You can also use the two out-of-the-box built-in landing pages provided by Unica Deliver. The out-of-the-box built-in landing pages are:
  • Built-in Preferences Landing Page
  • Built-in Preferences Response Landing Page
The out-of-the-box built-in landing pages are available in the Landing pages (Built-in) folder within the All Communications folder. The basic constraints related to built-in landing pages and its folder are as follows:
  • You cannot rename the built-in landing pages or the folder containing the built-in landing pages.
  • You cannot move the built-in landing pages or the folder containing the built-in landing pages.
  • You cannot delete the built-in landing pages or the folder containing the built-in landing pages.

You can modify the built-in landing pages. For more information, see Designing built-in landing pages.

The out-of-the-box built-in landing pages are visible only to users who are added to the global policy or have a role assigned in the global policy. To work with the out-of-the-box built-in landing pages, your credentials or role must be part of the global policy.
Note: Partition2 users or users who not belong to partition1 cannot view the out-of-the-box built-in landing pages. Contact HCL support to receive assistance in activating out-of-the-box built-in landing pages for multiple partitions.
