Installing and using z/OS® Extensions
z/OS® Extensions is a component of IBM® Rational® ClearCase® that enables mainframe users to perform select DevOps Code ClearCase operations. z/OS Extensions include Remote Build, TSO Client, and ClearCase RAM (CCRAM).
Configuring z/OS® Extensions
z/OS® Extensions include basic configuration tasks required to use the z/OS Extensions features and some optional configuration tasks. Some of these options need to be configured by an administrator and some need to be configured by individual users for their client environment.

Use the procedure in this topic to create a secure password file for a Remote Build client. This procedure needs to be completed for each client that connects to a Remote Build server running with authentication mode 2 or S.

Removing a user and password from a secure password file

Procedure

To remove a user and password from a secure password file, do these steps.

Note: Using the rccMKSecure command to add, change, and remove users, systems, and passwords for other users has no effect on your own passwords and system privileges.

Type rccMKSecure -d to run rccMKSecure.
When prompted, provide the hostname and user name that you want to delete. After you enter this information, the user is removed.
