Troubleshooting: Supported Web browsers for accessing WebSphere Commerce tools

If you encounter problems with accessing the WebSphere Commerce tool pages, ensure you are using a supported Web browser.


You cannot access WebSphere Commerce tools, for example WebSphere Commerce Accelerator, through your Web browser.


Use a supported Web browser. For information about supported web browsers, generate a Software Product Compatibility Reports (SPCR). To generate an SPCR, see Verify hardware, software, and operating system requirements. In the SPCR, go to the Prerequisites tab and select Web Browsers.
Note: Ensure that you do not have any pop-up blocker software installed on the machines from which you want to access the WebSphere Commerce tools. Pop-up blocking software prevents the WebSphere Commerce tools from displaying.
