Enabling interim fix JR43657

Interim fix JR43657 add the capability to create, update, and delete folders using the Promotions tool in Management Center.

Before you begin

Install the cumulative interim fix for Feature Pack 5, JR53048.fep.

Procedure

  1. Go to the following directory: directory.
    • WC_installdir\components\foundation\samples\Folders
    • WebSphere Commerce DeveloperWCDE_installdir\components\foundation\samples\Folders
  2. Open a command prompt to your database and run the query that is in databaseUpdate.sql. If you want to uninstall this interim fix, you can run the databaseRevert.sql.
  3. Merge the changes that are in the following files with the original files that are in your environment:

    • struts-ibm-foundation.xml
    • WC_eardir\LOBTools.war\WEB-INF\config\com.ibm.commerce.infrastructure\

  4. Deploy the files to your production environment
