Assumptions

• The Cherwell Instance will contain Service, Category, and Subcategory fields and will serve as the Service Catalog.
• The Cherwell Instance will provide the getSearchResults API for usage by BigFix AEX.
• The Cherwell Admin will fill in all the Field IDs as present on the Tenant Cherwell Integration Configuration Page.
