To view the VersionVault history of an element
Procedure
- In the Version Tree Browser window, display the version tree of the element.
- Select a version or branch in the Version Tree Browser display.
- Click to list event records related
to file-system data history. Then do one of the following:
- Click Element to see event records related to the selected element on the main branch.
- Click Branch to see event records related to the selected element filtered by the branch on which it resides.
- Click an additional filter as follows:
Option Description Major Lists events considered major for the selected elements (for example, checkin, checkout, or chmaster) Minor Lists all events including major and less important events (for example, mklabel and mktrigger) By me Lists major events filtered by the login name of the current user. By user Lists major events filtered by login name. In the Select user window, navigate to and click the login name. Today Lists major events since 00:00:00 of the current day. Since Lists major events filtered by date and time that you enter in the Enter date/time window.
Results
The History Browser displays the information.
