Providing delegates access to your mail file

You can grant delegate access to your mail file.

About this task

Granting delegate access allows other users to add your account to their profile.

Procedure

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Select Manage My Delegates > Add Delegate:
    manage and add delegates in outlook
  3. Search for the delegate you wish to add:
    search for delegates
  4. Select the user and click OK.
  5. In the drop downs next to the delegate, you can select what they are granted access to and at what level.
    Note: For HTMO 3.0.3 beta, it must be Mail, Contacts, and Calendar with Full Access
  6. Click OK.
    You can view who has access to your Mail, Calendar, and Contacts by returning to the Manage My Delegates window.
