Using HCL Traveler for Microsoft Outlook
With the HTMO 3.0.0 release, we changed the name of IBM mail support for Microsoft Outlook (IMSMO) to HCL Traveler for Microsoft Outlook (HTMO). HCL Traveler for Microsoft™ Outlook (HTMO) provides you with Mail, Calendar, and Contacts features so that you can work with your HCL Domino mail directly in your Microsoft Outlook interface.

Controlling how many days of content sync in a delegated account

By default, unlimited mail and calendar syncs down in a delegated account.

About this task

To change the filter limit, complete the following steps:

Procedure

To change the sync limit, issue the following command in File explorer or the default browser on your machine:
```
HTMO:set_config?UnlimitedMail=0
```
0 - disable unlimited mail
When unlimited mail is disabled 30 days is the default time. Issue the following command(s) in File explorer or the default browser on your machine if you want a value different than 30 days:
```
HTMO:set_config?CalendarFilterWindow=<number of days>
```
```
HTMO:set_config?MailFilterWindow=<number of days>
```
To re-enable unlimited data, issue the following command in File explorer or the default browser on your machine:
```
HTMO:set_config?UnlimitedMail=1
```
