Setting up Out of Office

You can use HTMO to configure the Domino mail server to generate automatic replies to emails received while you are out of the office.

About this task

Similarly, a delegate can use HTMO to configure the Domino mail server to generate automatic replies when the owner of a delegated email account is out of the office.

Procedure

  1. Select File > HCL Traveler > Automatic Replies.
  2. Select Turn ON or Turn OFF for yourself or delegated users.
    To edit the Out of Office entry for a specific user, click Edit.
