Registration of new organizations

The Registration page of the Ruby B2B store supports registering an organization and designating someone to act as an administrator for the organization.

Procedure

Follow these steps to register an organization.
  1. Open the Ruby B2B store landing page.
  2. Click the Register an Organization icon on the right side of the Ruby B2B store.
    The Organization Registration page opens.

  3. Enter the Organization name of the user.
  4. Enter the Email address of the organization.
  5. Enter the Phone (optional) number of the organization. (This information is optional.)
  6. Provide the Address Details in the fields listed below:
    • Enter the Address line 1 of the organization.
    • Enter the Address line 2 (optional) of the organization. (This information is optional.)
    • Enter the Zip Code / Postal Code of the adress provided.
    • Select the Country from the drop-down list.
    • Enter the State / Province.
    • Enter the name of the City.
  7. Click the Next, register an administrator button.
    The Register an administrator page opens.
  8. Provide the administrator details in the fields listed below:
    • Enter the Logon ID of the administrator.
    • Enter the First Name of the administrator.
    • Enter the Last Name of the administrator.
    • Enter password in the Password text box and same password in the Verify Password text box.
    • Enter the Email address of the administrator.
    • Enter the Phone (optional) number of the administrator. (This information is optional.)

  9. To select an organization's address for the administrator address, click the Use same address as organization button.
    Note: To enter an administrator address other than the organization's address, follow Step 6.
  10. Provide the Account Preferences details in the fields listed below:
    • Select the Preferred Language from the drop-down list.
    • Select the Preferred Currency from the drop-down list.
  11. Click the Complete Registration button.
    The following pop-up message appears.

  12. Click the OK button.

Results

Once the organization's account is approved from Management Center, the user can log on with the organization's registered account.
