Adding customer comments

You might find it necessary to take note of an interaction with a customer, or, a customer might request that you make note of something in the profile. This can be achieved by adding comments in the customer editor. After you add comments to this view, you can subsequently view them; but only a supervisor can modify or delete them.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
  2. Select a store.
  3. Find a customer, or select a customer in the Stores view.
  4. Select the Comments page.
  5. Click New to add a comment.
  6. Select CSR or Customer perspective to indicate who is making the comment.
  7. Enter a comment in the text entry area, and then click OK.
