Problem

You attempt to install a fix pack with WebSphere Commerce Update Installer, but the Java Platform SE binary fails, causing the Update Installer application to crash.

Solution

Update your WebSphere Application Server SDK level to 7.0.0.9 (Java SDK 1.6.0 SR7 cumulative fix) or higher.
