IBM Marketing Center is a cloud-based solution that provides users with precision marketing capabilities to create, personalize, and manage marketing campaigns and digital communications to reach customers with promotion offers. This solution also provides users with the capabilities to track marketing information and generate marketing analytics.

By integrating Management Center with IBM Marketing Center, business users can open IBM Marketing Center directly from the Promotions tool to upload exported promotion codes. Business users can export both public and unique promotion codes from Management Center for use in IBM Marketing Center. Users can also open IBM Marketing Center to directly create a marketing campaign or view the general IBM Marketing Center dashboard. By uploading exported promotion codes into IBM Marketing Center, users can manage the codes and include the codes within marketing campaigns and digital communications to customers.
