Target screen not visible or input not working from the Controller on macOS

Reset the macOS permissions to ensure that the Remote Control Target or On-Demand Target can work correctly.

Before you begin

  • If you are using the Remote Control Target application close it.
Note: If you close the Remote Control On-demand Target application you cannot reset the permissions, because the application is deleted from the disk automatically after the session termination and the system does not recognize the bundle ID.
  • If you are using the Remote Control On-demand Target application leave it open.

About this task

  6. Enable the permissions again as explained in Enable the required macOS permissions on Remote Control target version V10.
