Scheduler start options

For Tivoli® Business Systems Manager to monitor HCL Workload Automation for Z, you must configure HCL Workload Automation for Z start options. Specify the EXTMON parameter on the OPCOPTS statement. This statement defines the runtime options to HCL Workload Automation for Z and is used by the tracker, controller, or the standby controller.

At initialization time, if the EXTMON start option is set to YES, HCL Workload Automation for Z loads the Tivoli® Business Systems Manager module AOPEDI. The module must be present in a library visible to the controller and tracker. If the load fails, the value of the EXTMON start option is automatically set to NO, and the message EQQZ232 appears in HCL Workload Automation for Z message log.
