To view update errors
You can view error messages that are generated during an update.
About this task
If the Update Tool encounters errors while it updates an element, the results display area includes an Errors folder.
Procedure
- In the left pane of the Update View window, click Errors.
The right pane of the window lists the elements with error conditions and the corresponding messages.
- If the message is too long to view in the Update View window or
if there are multiple messages for a single element, select the message, and
click .
In the Error Log window, you can scroll through the messages.
