Managing teams

Use the My Teams page to manage teams.

Selecting Operations > Teams opens the My Teams page. Use the My Teams page to do the following tasks:

  • Create and remove teams
  • Assign team managers and members
  • Set the work routing model
  • Enable and disable teams

These groups of people are available across templates and object instances. Project Managers can assign tasks to teams, in addition to being able to assign them to individual members.

Wherever you can assign or work with individuals, you can also work with teams. For example, the procedure Assigning people to roles can be used to assign individuals or teams to roles.
