Creating a List Review system task

You can create a List Review system task through the workflow spreadsheet.


  1. In the workflow spreadsheet, in Edit view, select the row after which you want the Flowchart Run task to appear.
  2. Click the Add Task Row icon ().
  3. Select List Review.

    A new task row is added to the flowchart.

  4. Complete the Schedule Through, Target Start, Target End, Duration, and Member Role fields as desired.

    You can also change the name of the task.

  5. Make the new List Review system task dependent on a Run Flowchart system task.
  6. Click Save and Finish.
  7. If you are working on a multi-offer campaign:
    1. Click the name of the List Review system task.

      The Task properties screen opens.

    2. In the Segment Code field, enter the name of the segment as it appears in the flowchart in your linked campaign.
    3. Click Save and Return.

You can now enable permanent updates to a list.
