Monitoring - InstanceAlreadyExistsException

Symptoms: An InstanceAlreadyExists exception occurs in the monitoring tool

Cause: This error may be due to duplicate deployment configuration names. Resolution: The log provides the name of deployment configuration. To resolve the issue, modify duplicate deployment configuration name and deploy the workspace again.
