Troubleshooting the Sametime Meeting default service provider feature

If the Use as my default service provider option is not enabled on the Sametime® client's New Meeting Room window, check the log files for errors.

The defaultProvider preference has been added to the ConferenceManager.properties file but the Use as my default service provider feature is not working
If the Use as my default service provider option is not enabled on the Sametime client's New Meeting Room window, enable and download the following logs to determine the problem:
  • com.ibm.rtc.meetings.shelf.level=FINEST
  • com.ibm.collaboration.realtime.telephony.tcspi.level=FINEST
  • com.ibm.rtc.meetings.telephony.ui.level=FINEST
