Using the main menu

The Chats screen is the default view when you log in. It displays all conversations that you currently have open.

Chats with the most recent activity are displayed at the top of the list. Chat with new incoming messages are displayed at the top of the list with a badge indicating they are unread messages in the chat. For each chat in the list the following details are displayed:
  • The photo or initials of the chat partner
  • The name of the chat partner or the topic for a group chat and status information
  • The time of the last message on the conversation
  • The last message received or sent on the conversation
  • The number of unread messages for the conversation if applicable
  • The icons indicating chat settings associated with the chat
    • Unread badge with the number of unread messages.
    • Muted badge indicating that the swipe menu was used to stop sounds from playing when new messages arrive for the conversation.
    • Pinned badge indicating that the swipe menu was used to pin the conversation. Pinned conversations are always at the top of the active chat list.
Tap the menu icon in the upper left to display the menu item. From the menu, you can:
  • Change your online status
  • Work with your active chats
  • Manage and join meetings
  • Manage recordings
  • Manage your contacts
  • Manage app settings
  • Access documentation
  • Obtain information about the product
  • Report a problem and access logs
  • Log out
Just below the menu icon, is the filter bar. Filter bar for active chatsYou can filter active chats by the following:
  • All chats
  • Chats with individual people
  • Group chats
  • Meeting chats for meetings that you participated
All filters list the chats from last to first.
